Featherock Capital Campaign, Direct Deposits

The Featherock Conference Center Board of Directors would like to let you know that we now offer Automatic Debit service, through BankLine-Direct, as a convenient way to make your payments. The amounts would be directly transferred from your bank account to the Featherock Capital Campaign bank account according to your payment plan.

If you would like to take advantage of this service, please fill out the posted Automatic Debit Authorization Form. In addition, you will need to attach a void check or a deposit slip if it is a savings account that is going to be debited. The information that needs to be filled out in the form is:

   1. Contributor's First and Last Name
   2. Banking Account Information (Bank Name, Bank Branch, Address, and type of account (checking or savings)
   3. Draft Day (5^th or 20^th of each month)

After completing these items and signing the form, please return it to "Featherock Capital Campaign, P.O. Box 311256, Houston, Texas 77231"
